President & Principal Consultant

Philip Borker has over twenty eight years of management and leadership experience in healthcare and in congregational life. His knowledge and networking of the industry and his specialization in the management and leadership sciences allows The Philip Charles Group to offer a unique portfolio of services to our clients. Phil holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Seton Hall University, Center for Public Service, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rutgers University in Political Science. He is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society. His continuing education includes a finance and accounting certificate from New York University Stern School of Business. He has also attended the Ritz Carlton Training Program in Customer Service.
